An IDA member since 1981, Judy has served two terms as a member of the Board of Directors at two different times -- a total of 12 years. She is a former Literacy Coach for Beaverton Schools, assigned to Errol Hassell Elementary School. She was on the faculty of William Walker Elementary and Errol Hassell Elementary as both first grade teacher and learning specialist. During her two rounds of service on the Board, she coordinated the audio/video/print libraries, produced ORBIDA's first library catalog, and coordinated three annual conferences.
