The 2nd Annual DYSLEXIA DASH -- It's Going to be Great! May 1, 2010 to November 1, 2010
The 2nd Annual Dyslexia Dash is a pledge-based, one-of-a-kind experience where individuals of all ages will have the opportunity to walk, jog, or run through beautiful downtown Phoenix, Arizona to support the International Dyslexia Association’s (IDA) mission of promoting literacy through research, education and advocacy™.
Everyone is welcome: runners, joggers, and walkers alike. Teams are encouraged. Challenge your friends, family, and colleagues! Become a "Virtual Dasher" and participate by raising funds even if you don't participate in the actual 5K!
WHEN: Saturday, October 30, 2010 - Kick off at 7:00 a.m. (On-site Registration and check-in from 6:00–6:45 a.m.)
Even if you cannot join us in Phoenix in October you can still support our efforts by pledging your donation to one or more of our Oregon Branch team members. Links to their individual donation sites will be added here as they sign up. The list so far includes the links below.
The goal of the Dyslexia Dash is to raise much needed funds to support the work of IDA and the lives of people with dyslexia.
There is no cost to register for the event! For information contact (410) 296-0232, ext. 402 or kbowman@interdys.org
